Meet Siobhan | Founder, Baker & Creative Heart
Welcome! I’m Siobhan, the heart and hands behind Vauné’s – Gluten Free Home Baked Delights.
Aside from our wonderful delivery driver, Gill, who helps bring our treats safely to your door, I wear every hat in the kitchen: owner, recipe creator, baker, packer, and sales rep. The days are full, but since launching Vauné’s in 2016, my passion for what I do has only grown.
Baking has been a lifelong love of mine. When I started, gluten-free options were often limited and uninspiring, so I set out with a clear mission: to craft an extensive range of premium artisan slices, bespoke celebration cakes, and dessert platters that never compromise on texture, flavor, or indulgence.
Nothing brings me more joy than hearing your feedback after a celebration—every single order genuinely makes my day. I’m endlessly grateful for our wonderful community and the loyal customers who share our treats with their loved ones.
