It became apparent to me – having worked within the Hospitality and Food Industry for the last decade – that there was a demand for gluten-free products. Family and friends suffering from gluten intolerance and Celiac’s gave me the incentive I needed to create a product that could be enjoyed by all. From the comfort of my own home, I developed my gluten-free range.
